Pierre Gasly from the BWT Alpine F1 Team started the race from 20th position in his A523 racing car with a Renault engine. In the first race of the season, Gasly fought his way forwards continuously and even finished in the points in 9th place.

The Miami Grand Prix took place on 7 May 2023 at the Miami International Autodrome and covered a distance of 57 laps of 5.412 km each, which corresponds to a total distance of 308.484 km.

Pierre Gasly of the BWT Alpine F1 Team started the race from fifth position in his A523 racing car with a Renault engine. In the fifth race of the season, Gasly had to give up a few places and finished 8th in the end
